The palm-fringed Sundial Restaurant takes centre stage for breakfast, with buffet favourites served with a view, while lunch and dinner come courtesy of Vongole Restaurant and its menu of Thai classic and authentic European dishes. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5,000 per person (12+) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner. This cost will cover food only. New Year’s Gala surcharges are payable directly to the resort prior to check-in date. The hotel’s reservation team will email you with a payment request. If this surcharge is not paid, your booking may be cancelled.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast will be served from 6.30am until 10.30am at Sundial Restaurant.
- The two course set-menu lunch is available at Vongole Restaurant from 12pm to 2pm.
- The three course set-menu dinner is available at Vongole Restaurant from 6.30pm to 10pm.
- Daily free-flow drinks include cocktails, beer, spirits and soft drinks and are available at Vongole Restaurant and Vongole Swim Up Bar. Please note a wristband is required to redeem.
- Daily one-hour free flow drinks are available from 2pm to 3pm.
- Daily two-hour free-flow drinks (select packages) are available from 4pm to 6pm.

- The complimentary scheduled shuttle departs for the city centre on market days (excluding Tuesdays) and has limited seats.

One-Way or Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A one-way or return private airport transfer (depending on Package purchased), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- Transfers required from midnight to 6am will incur a surcharge of THB350 per vehicle per way.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
