Unforgettable stay at The First Arte Hotel in Rome! The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail, and perfectly located ,but what truly made our experience exceptional was the concierge, Flavio Cristallini. A true superstar: attentive, helpful, and always one step ahead in taking care of everything we needed. He truly went above and beyond for us, making our stay flawless. Top-level service. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic return stay at The First Roma Arte Hotel — our first time back since having kids, and it was just as impressive as we remembered. The hotel is modern, stylish, and in a great location near the Spanish Steps. The concierge team was outstanding, both before and during our trip with restaurant bookings, and train station transfers. Gianfranca in particular helped us with transportation from the Rome airport to the hotel when the car we had pre-arranged didn't wait for us (bags took a while to come out). They were incredibly welcoming to our young kids as well, with thoughtful touches like slippers and amenity kits just for them. The staff that greeted us each day in the lobby were also very kind. We stayed six nights total (three at the start of our trip and three at the end) and both rooms were excellent — the suite for our final nights was a highlight, complete with champagne and snacks waiting in the room. The welcome drink on arrival was a perfect touch after a long flight from Canada. While we didn’t dine at the hotel this time, we definitely plan to next visit. Can’t recommend this hotel enough — a true boutique experience with genuinely helpful staff.

Stayed for a night. Service was incredible. Alex was literally overflowing with positive energy. I was sick that day and I could feel the vibe. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of most point of interest. You can walk to most places without issues. The food: like mentioned earlier I was very sick so my sense of smell was not at its best state however my wife told me the food is amazing. Even if you do not want to eat at their restaurant there are literally many other restaurants outside. The room: I can only speak about the room I got (405 specifically). It came with a spa and sauna. Room is clean cozy and comfortable. Not sure if it was because I was sick but I slept like a baby, the bed was very comfy. Bathroom came with vanity set, slippers, toothbrush, razor. Overall I will rate this experience a 100/10. Will try to come back if I ever visit Rome again.

We stayed at The First Arte Rome for five days in late June/early July, and the experience was truly worth it for many reasons: 1. The staff was exceptional from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. 2. The housekeeping was impressive – everything in the room felt carefully curated and special. 3. The terrace in our room offered a stunning view of the city, and it was the perfect place to relax at night after long walks through Rome. 4. The restaurant and breakfast service – including in-room breakfast, which we tried twice – was outstanding. 5. The location was another highlight: many of Rome’s best attractions were within easy walking distance. Overall, I truly believe this is a place to consider when staying in Rome – and the rate is absolutely worth it.
