This urban sanctuary is approximately a 45-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Stayed over the weekend, beautiful hotel with clean rooms. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. I requested for an anniversary decoration and housekeeping did a wonderful job! Breakfast was good, although not buffet, the french toast was fantastic. I was lucky to meet the Chow Kit handsome chef while he was holding a cooking class, and I received a complimentary invitation to join.. Located near the LRT and monorail within less than 5 minutes. Will be back!

Some restaurants aren’t just places to fill your stomach—they’re like a safe haven in the heart of the city. This place doesn’t have extravagant decor, yet somehow it’s still a popular spot for photos. But more than that, it exists quietly and gently—whether it’s late at night or early in the morning, there’s always someone here finding a sense of calm. Every dish I ordered was simple, but you could taste the care behind it. A steaming bowl of soup, flavors that were subtle yet just right—it all felt comforting. The staff didn’t speak much, but they were always polite and never intrusive. The space was clean, the lighting soft—perfect for a quiet meal, or for sitting alone, letting your mind drift.

Was on our short trip on last week of May 2025. Spent 2 amazing nights at this hotel. Staffs are friendly, room has fantastic view and location is perfect. Although it's located in the midst of town area with busy traffic but it's a peaceful area. Breakfast is not a buffet spread, it's individually plated breakfast upon order from the menu. But we are perfectly fine. What we love most about this hotel are the air conditioning and strong WiFi connection. Highly recommend!!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s always been my first choice whenever I travel to KL. Overall, my experience has been consistently satisfactory. I absolutely love the interior design and the location—it’s just a short distance from the downtown area where all the beautiful historic buildings are. The surrounding area can feel a bit rough, but it’s generally safe if you commute by car rather than walk around. However, parking can be extremely challenging. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though I did once find some hair under the pillow. I also enjoy the hotel’s café, which has a great atmosphere and serves nice drinks. The only major downside was the lack of vegetarian options when dining in. Despite being a 4-star hotel catering to international guests, there were no proper vegetarian dishes on the menu. I had to request a custom version, but it was poorly done—just stir-fried vegetables in soy sauce and sugar, with undercooked rice. That said, the service was excellent. The staff offered to bring me a new bowl of rice and even waived the charge for the meal, which really surprised me. I would’ve been happy even with just a free drink.
