We recently stayed at The Bloomsbury Hotel on our first trip from Miami, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was beyond amazing warm, friendly, and always attentive. The front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed to extend our stay, making the process seamless. The bartenders, especially one from Italy, were outstanding—he crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! The restaurants offered fantastic food with excellent service, and housekeeping provided impeccable turndown service each night. We also loved spending time at The Bloomsbury Club, which was such a cool spot to enjoy a drink and socialize in a relaxed yet stylish setting. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip to London. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had an amazing stay at The Bloomsbury. The building itself is stunning, with a beautiful structure and fun, stylish décor. The hotel uses high-quality products throughout, and the food and drinks at the restaurant and bar are excellent. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single interaction was above and beyond. The front desk/concierge was exceptionally helpful, the breakfast team was so attentive they even remembered our coffee orders each morning, and the bellmen were wonderfully kind—always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and unforgettable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend The Bloomsbury Hotel, and I personally look forward to returning.

Had a booking with the family for a lovely arvo tea at the hotel whist my visit to the United Kingdom. What a treat! Mariah was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail really took the whole experience up a notch. The tea itself was spot on beautifully presented and full of flavour. Definitely one of the better high teas I’ve had. Our only hiccup was at the front desk. Shanon seemed a bit all over the place when we arrived. We figured she must be new, so no big drama, but it did make check-in a touch awkward. Once we got past that, though, everything ran smooth as. All up, a cracking afternoon with great food, great tea, and top notch service from Mariah. Would happily come back again when back in England.

My now fiance and I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely stunning — the decor was to die for — and the atmosphere in the Coral room made our night even more special, many thanks to the most beautiful host in the Coral bar who sat us down. As we had drinks before going for a romantic dinner and show. In which my proposed to Me. The only downside was an uncomfortable moment at the front desk. One evening, when we went to ask for directions, a young female staff member who actually was the one that checked us in (approx. 5'3"–5'4", greenish eyes, long lashes, tanned skin, dark brown hair with lighter highlights, no accent soft yet politely -spoken) was laughing and joking with a male colleague, with her back turned to us. Just before turning around, we clearly heard her say, Shhh, it’s them and you’re going to get me in more trouble, and based on what we overheard, it was obvious the comments were at me and my fiancé expense referring to our sexuality. She just smiled at us smugly. This was Thursday 9th October so point before 12pm.( hopefully this helps find out whom it because didn’t catch her name unfortunately) This was disappointing and felt quite unprofessional, especially in a hospitality environment where respect, warmth, and professionalism are expected to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Being made to feel uncomfortable in such a setting, particularly during what was otherwise a very special trip for us, left us both feeling disrespected. That said, everything else about our stay was truly lovely, and we would still recommend the hotel overall. We just hope management takes note and reminds staff to maintain a more respectful tone around guests. Besides that the stay was fabulous and hopefully looking to return for anniversary in the future.
