7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Choice of daily lunch or dinner is at The Kitchen by The Anda Mani. Guests can choose one starter, one main course and a sweet of the day (daily dessert).
- Nightly cocktail is served at The Kitchen by The Anda Mani, chosen from a select menu and includes light snacks, served between 5pm and 6pm.
- Complimentary minibar is once per stay. Surcharges apply for additional goods.
- The 60-minute massage is Thai style and will be in-room. Please contact the villas to arrange.
One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB350 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
