THE 1O1 Bali Fontana Seminyak is located between Seminyak and Kuta, offering easy access to Bali’s top attractions. It’s just a short drive from Double Six Beach, Legian Beach and Seminyak Square. The area is dotted with boutique shops, trendy cafes and renowned restaurants, while Bali’s nightlife hotspots are within easy reach. The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please see the Fine Print for details.

Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR350,000 per adult (12+) and IDR200,000 per child (5–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala dinner. Children under 5 don’t incur an additional charge. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served at Portabella Bistro from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Guests are entitled to three lunches or dinners at Portabella Bistro, served between 11.30am and 1.30pm (lunch) or 6pm and 10pm (dinner). Meals are set-menu, and three-course.
• Nightly drink is a glass of local beer per adult, served at Portabella Bistro.
• 25% discount on spa treatments at Suma Spa must be booked one day in advance. It opens daily from 9am to 9pm (last booking 8pm).
• 15% dining discount is valid for food and drinks at Portabella Bistro, Sunny16 Cafe and from room service.
• Shuttle service is drop-off only, operating per resort schedule:
  • Drop-off at Kuta Beach: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday; 10.30am and 4pm
  • Drop-off at Seminyak Beach: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday; 10.30am and 4pm

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. The pool areas are strictly adults-only, children are only permitted in the lounge area, supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay

• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.

• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.

• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
