7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Daily a la carte breakfast is held at Osprey’s Restaurant in the main lodge and includes a main, a side and a drink.

- A red or white wine may be supplemented if guests prefer.
- Complimentary daily nature tours include a nature walk, bird and butterfly tour, coconut grove tour and stargazing.

- A shuttle service is available between the resort and Port Douglas at an additional fee. Please enquire and book through reception.

Outer Barrier Reef Quicksilver Cruise Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: One 6.5-hour Wavepiercer cruise experience from Port Douglas with morning and afternoon tea onboard, a hot tropical buffet lunch, reef presentation by a marine biologist and semi-submersible coral viewing tour with commentary, snorkelling equipment (mask, snorkel, lycra suits and fins) and instruction, lifeguard supervision, buoyancy vests and flotation noodles, fish feeding (conducted by crew) and return hotel transfers.
- To complete your booking, please email your booking ID, passenger details and your requested travel date to reservations@quicksilver-cruises.com.
- Please book a minimum of two days before your check-in date.

- Please ensure you are at the departure point or your pick-up location no later than the scheduled time.
