Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Daily lunch is served from 12pm to 2pm at Tambua Restaurant.

• Unlimited free-flow beer and wine are available from 11am to 8pm. Includes Fiji Bitter, Fiji Gold and house red and white wine.
• The included hikes are to a nearby mountain for 30 minutes. A guide will provide commentary on local herbal practices.
• The included reef walks will occur during low tide for 30 minutes.
• The resort provides complimentary WiFi in public areas, including the main building and pool area. Signal is possible from some Bures.

Private Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Private transfers between Nadi International Airport (NAN) and Tambua Sands Beach Resort, air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver and one bottle of water per person.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your requested date within 1–2 business days after completing your booking form, inclusive of flight details. Look out for communication from Tour Managers Fiji.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• Infant and child booster seats can be pre-booked from FJ$18 per seat, per one-way transfer. Guests may also bring their own seats if advised in advance.
• Passengers must check in at the Tour Managers Fiji desk, located through the customs hall on the left as you exit arrivals.
• The maximum wait time is one hour. Delays over one hour may result in cancellation with no refund. Waiting charges apply: 50% of the transfer rate for the first hour, with an additional 50% for every extra hour thereafter.
• Each guest may bring one standard-size suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf bags) will incur an additional charge.

Half-Day Sigatoka River Jet Boat Safari & Local Village Tour Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Half-day Sigatoka River Safari for two adults, tropical Fijian village lunch, cultural activities (including kava ceremony, traditional singing and dancing), complimentary bottled water, safari sulu (sarong) for women, return transfers from select Coral Coast hotels, and exclusive discounts at local retailers and restaurants.
• You will receive a confirmation email from Sigatoka River Safari after submitting your booking with hotel pick-up details. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Tours operate Monday to Saturday, with a morning departure at 8:45am and an afternoon departure at 1:00pm (returning approximately 2:00pm and 5:45pm, respectively).
• Child rate applies for ages 4–15; infants (0–3) travel free but must be listed at time of booking. Parents are advised to bring snacks for young children.
• Tour duration is approximately six hours, including transfers. Coral Coast pickups range from Warwick to Shangri-La Fijian Resort. Wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pick-up.
• Minimum numbers apply. Tour may be rescheduled or refunded if minimum isn’t met. Itinerary and vessel may change due to weather, road, or river conditions.
• Late arrivals or cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% fee. Changes require 48 hours’ notice.
