  • Kokonas Kids Club is open six days a week between 9.30am and 3.30pm (subject to change), for children aged three to 12 years.
  • Complimentary daily shuttle bus leaves Tamanu at 9.30am and departs Port Vila at 12pm daily, except Sundays (subject to change). Advance booking required.
  • The welcome fruit punch can be exchanged for a fresh chilled coconut.
  • Daily cocktail may be redeemed at any time within the bar’s opening hours. Guests can substitute the cocktail for a beer, wine or soft drink.
  • Return shared airport shuttle transfers are included in your package and must be pre-booked. Please contact the resort to arrange.
  • For the included two-course dinners, reservations are not required and guests can enjoy this either in-room or at the restaurant.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
