Travelling and exploring Japan for three weeks ended at the Swissotel Osaka. The best of our seven hotel experiences. Prime location for the subway and centre of Osaka including the rapid train to the airport on our last day. We were upgraded to an executive room on floor 32 for a very small extra charge, WOW! superb. The executive floor includes a private lounge with afternoon tea, evening canapes, open bar all inclusive with highly attentive staff. The views from the lounge over the city are fabulous. We also enjoyed the twenty five metre pool, Japanese hot/cold bathing room, sauna and jacuzzi all inclusive of the upgrade. Our room was large, comfortable, brilliant city views, quiet, well looked after, well stocked, pillow menu, and we slept better here during our three nights than in any of the other hotels we used. I highly recommend the Swissotel and would love to return myself in the future.

Our family stayed in Swissotel for 3 nights, and we were very satisfied with our choice. There were plenty of international staff, making communication easy & smooth. Rooms were luxuriously designed, spacious & clean, with fantastic view of the city. Room service was quick & well done. The part we loved the most was Japanese public bath, but unfortunately there was a time restriction (before 18:00) for children under 15 yrs old even with the accompany of parents, which was really inconvenient. Location was extremely convenient; surrounded by many well known shopping malls, plaza, restaurants, food courts & streets; all kinds of public transportation stations were located nearby with just minutes of walking distance. Overall we were very happy with our choice and it was worth the money. Definitely would recommend to others.

Truly, a great hotel. Everything was perfect. The only stressful part was finding the hotel, especially if it’s your first time at Osaka. The hotel is part of a massive building that also includes the train/metro station, a commercial complex and restaurants. So you have to try and find the entrance, which is by the escalators. Apart from that, everything was superb. Great attention to All Accor members and attention to details. My room was excellent and equipped with everything I needed, and always very clean. I especially liked the bathtub, but the living room was also great. The elevators also work very well, you never have to wait too long for one. The breakfast buffet was also very good and the staff was very polite and welcoming. The gym was also a big plus: very well equipped, with enough machines and many free weights, and also a special area for stretching and even a studio where some classes are given but which is also free to use if you need even more space. I used the gym quite a lot and it was a big advantage 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Osaka. It’s also nearby the main attractions (not the castle but I went there by foot, so it’s doable), and most excursions will leave from nearby places as well.

Stayed in the Executive Suites. The room was super clean with great city views, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge for quick breakfasts and coffee breaks. Big thanks to Tya, who was always so friendly and attentive. She remembered both my wife’s and my coffee orders from the day before and brought them over without us asking, and every time we stopped by, she’d refill my water bottle before we headed out. These small, thoughtful touches made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Overall a really nice experience in this hotel.
