The hotel was absolutely awesome. It stands out from the rest of buildings nearby. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Their SERVICE is absolutely AMAZING everywhere, all staff looks happy doing their job and are very attentive and kind. Rooms are very comfortable, and the views from the balcony are stunning. The hotel has its own marina. We had booked a private boat tour to the Elaphite islands and the boat was able to pick us up directly at the hotel. Has like 5 different restaurants, a few bars, and Spa facilities that we would have loved to use. Hats-off to the Concierge team. We were having issues with our airline that lost our luggage in a different Country, and the Concierge team was helpful, empathetic, and patient (very patient, we bothered a lot). Special mention to Leo for his diligence! But all of them were great. Left the hotel with the desire of coming back!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing this resort is and how incredible the staff are. We would like to make a special thank you to Josko & Antonio for all of their assistance and support. Unfortunately we arrived at our apartment in old town at midnight and no one was there. After 4 hours of waiting My husband and I couldn't wait any longer. He called many places but only Sun Gardens answered his call and offered us a place straight away. Antonio greeted us and was so kind from the beginning. We loved the place so much we decided to stay another two nights instead of going back to our original apartment. Josko helped us so much with booked a few more nights and really went out of his way to help us. The customer service is absolutely wonderful and I thank god that we were allowed to arrive at the hotel at 4:30am and that a room was provided for us. Martina from the breakfast lounge was so lovely and always greeted us with a big smile. This resort is absolutely breathtaking with so many facilities and wonderful staff members. My husband and I had another amazing stay in Sun Gardens. It is truly a great luxury hotel in every way. Our room was spacious including bathroom, bed extremely comfortable and room was very clean. The staff from Ante, Adriana, Olga, Bivi and all others that waited or served us in some way, were professional, kind and helpful. The beaches and pools were clean and relaxing! Food was excellent. I highly recommend to upgrade to deluxe service. The a la carte breakfast on roof top is the icing on the cake!!! Cannot wait to go back next year!!

Contemporary and elegant hotel We came to this hotel as part of a corporate work trip. This is a luxurious hotel with elegant decor. The staff are all friendly and very attentive. The food is excellent and there was a good variety of vegetarian food. Most of our meals were catered for but we did have two meals in the Cilantro restaurant made with fresh ingredients and were delicious. There are several pools with plenty of towels and staff who are very helpful. The beach has clear water with plenty of sunbeds. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
