We stayed here from August 8th to 12th, 2025. 20th floor, room 2002. I had chosen this hotel in advance because the sleeping arrangement was supposed to be very good. A large double bed with separate real duvets, not the typical local sheets. I had at least four hotels to choose from through our travel company, CANUSA from Frankfurt. The reviews were also very good, and we can confirm these. The room was, of course, very small. This was clear when booking. However, it is very practically furnished. Convenient USB charging sockets are on each side of the bed. The room has air conditioning. The bathroom is modern and practical. Other amenities include a safe and a coffee machine. The room also included a refillable aluminum water bottle. This bottle could be taken home. There is a water dispenser in the lobby with still and sparkling water, so we could always bring water with us. Ideally located near the subway. We felt very comfortable. Since there were only four rooms on this floor, it was also extremely quiet. The bedding was very comfortable. The mattress was great. Everything was in a pineapple style. Very nicely done with attention to detail. A friendly welcome in the room, including a dog on the bed.

If you're looking for a extremely comfortable bed, clean rooms and a cool vibe, this is your hotel. Check-in was a breeze and they give you free stuff upon arrival. They have a automatic fountain that gives you bubbly water and filtered water right at the lobby. We were in a heatwave in the room and hotel were perfectly pictured to cool us off. Front desk clerks (we had 2) we're both very helpful and courteous. When looking for a hotel that's not extremely expensive. This will be the one we go to in every city we can find them

The hotel is in a very convenient location and offers some less expensive room options than other hotels in the neighborhood. I stayed in the Persona Two Twin room with a friend and would not recommend it unless they fix the poor air conditioner, and unless you need absolutely no floor or surface space for any of your belongings. There were also no available outlets for plugging in electronic devices. We had to unplug the coffee pot and smart speaker to be able to charge phones. This is a minor point, but the only CORE Welcome Drink options were Coke and Diet Coke, which was disappointing. On a positive note, staff was friendly and helpful, and the water station in the lobby was nice. Beds were a little smaller than standard twin beds, but for two short adult women that wasn't an issue. The beds were comfortable.
