Really surprised how good this little hotel was. It's not a 5 star and it's not trying to be. It's a solid little hotel, with great staff that really care, and they've genuinely thought of almost everything you need. nice little touch being offered cookies and a coffee in the afternoon. The beds were so comfortable and I loved the touch of the two individual duvets, so there's no fighting over the covers. Overall I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Really nice place to stay in mid-town. All hotel rooms are small in this area but pineapple has some creative room features like a slide out desk and under-bed rolling luggage rack to help save space. One word of caution - don't book the 2 twin room unless it's for children. It's about half the size of the king room. Loved the individual duvets! The front desk in particular was terrific, especially Luis who went above and beyond for us.

This was my first solo trip, and I stayed for just three nights to catch a couple of shows. I booked the Fashionista Room with one king bed, and it was perfect for my stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk from Penn Station, a couple of blocks from the theaters and places I wanted to visit, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff was incredibly friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I also loved the thoughtful touch of a reusable water bottle in the room. The space was small, so I’m not sure how it would feel with another person, but I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

What a wonderful family stay in NYC. What I loved about the hotel was the comfort of the bed, the water softness and pressure in the shower, and last but not least the staff. The benefits of a smaller hotel is that you don't feel like another number, a staff member is always there to help when needed and we never had to wait for an elevator and barely saw other guests. I would 100% stay here again. Only downside is floor space around the bed, there's barely any, but we were hardly in our rooms. We stayed in Cosmo connectors and had great views!
