Rooms were nice, they have an eclectic elegance. On the smaller side but to be expected in San Francisco. Clean and well maintained. HIGHLY dog friendly, which we Love. No parking on site at this location.

(Guest: The Cardonas) Booked this hotel for our 4 day stay in San Francisco for OSL. Couldn't have asked for a better place! The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Always welcomed us back from our trips to our new favorite breakfast place(Angel Cafe & Deli) and even after our late nights at OSLA. We appreciated that the parking station was literally right next door to our hotel. The first day the elevator was broken down, but was quickly fixed the next day. We loved the complementary water bottle and refill station as well. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so great! Happy to announce that our adopted Dash the Husky plushy is fitting right into our home.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, I really had amazing interactions with all of them. It's just that the rooms are expensive already and they charge you extra for the amenities. This hotel offers no breakfast which is a shame after seeing that huge bistro they have. My amenity fees were refunded because of the elevator being broken and I'd have felt sore if I had to pay amenities. The hotel has the option for the guests to rent bikes for free and I suggest anybody who stays here to take advantage of that. It transformed my trip in San Francisco!! All in all, it's a place you feel happy to stay at right in the heart of San Francisco.

The lift was broken and was told it wouldn't be fixed for at least 2 weeks. With no one there to help we have to carry 2 suitcase weighing 50lbs up 7 floors The facilities at the hotel were not available at all and haven't been used since the pandemic The room was very nice and clean. The hotels reception and lobby was very nice and fresh and hairy. The location was really good being near union square was great for access to all transportation in the city
