Dear Stamford Plaza Adelaide Team, I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay with my kids for three nights. From the moment we arrived, your staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I particularly wanted to commend Kulpreet, the hotel manager, for the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The thoughtful gesture of arranging my birthday present was truly appreciated and made our visit even more special. I would gladly give 5 stars to your hotel for its quality service and family-friendly atmosphere. We were so happy that we are already looking forward to our next visit! My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and service was second to none. The room was lovely and catered for our every need. The in-house restaurants were fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect for a visit to Adelaide, is very central and has easy car parking on site. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you to Stamford for a fantastic experience.

Rooms and bathroom needed updating, you could hear all the traffic and we were on floor 8. Lobby and breakfast area were very good. Great selection of breakfast items, we especially loved the pancakes. Fabulous location for train, busses and walking around the city. Staff were polite.

My recent stay at the Stamford Plaza Adelaide was unfortunately disappointing. While the location is excellent and a new, helpful gentleman at the front desk was a bright spot, the overall experience was far from what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The most significant issues stemmed from a lack of trained staff. On one morning, housekeeping attempted to enter our room around 9 a.m. while we were still asleep. This was particularly disruptive and far too early, especially with a standard check-out time of 11 a.m. Additionally, when we tried to call the front desk from outside the hotel, it was nearly impossible to get through. After ringing more than five times, someone finally answered but seemed to struggle to understand our questions. The call was then abruptly disconnected without a word. This level of service is unacceptable and frustrating. Finally, the room itself felt dated and in need of renovation. While the location is a definite plus, the poor service and aged facilities made this one of the worst 5-star hotel experiences I've had. I hope the management invests in better staff training and room upkeep to bring the hotel's quality up to its 5-star rating.
