Excellent service across the hotels. I slept in one hotel, walked over to breakfast in another and enjoyed the pool in a third -all Tivoli hotels in close proximity in Souq Waqif. It was a super base for exploring the Souq and easy to catch Uber at the Taxi stand. My luggage did not arrive on the same flight as me but the hotel staff were awesome in following up with the airline and ensuring the bag did arrive.

I had a wonderful stay at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli in Doha. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Souq Waqif, with a unique charm that combines tradition and luxury. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Shahin and Bkash from the staff — both were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, always attentive and friendly. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the little details thoughtfully taken care of. The facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere throughout the property was warm and welcoming. What truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service. Every staff member was professional and kind, but I’d like to give special thanks to Ansar, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile. His genuine care and dedication really stood out and made me feel at home. I cannot recommend this hotel enough – it’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the pleasure of staying at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli through the Qatar Airways stopover program, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member was welcoming, attentive, caring, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel truly at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Souq Waqif, surrounded by vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful inside the hotel. The full breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options that made every morning a treat. A special mention goes to Eugene for his outstanding support and kindness throughout my stay. I truly wish I could remember the name of every single worker here to mention individually, because they all delivered exceptional service and went above and beyond. I’m deeply grateful for the hospitality of every foreigner working here in Qatar — they carry out their jobs with the best intentions and always with a warm smile. May God bless each of these hardworking people. If you want a stay that combines exceptional service, comfort, an amazing breakfast, and a perfect location, this is the place to be. I will absolutely return!
