Just east of Bali, the lesser-known Lombok is a quiet escape destination. An island of blissful beaches and perfect surf, Lombok offers golden sands as well as pristine diving and snorkelling spots. Somewhere Lombok is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Lombok International Airport (LOP). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR450,000 per adult (13+) and IDR225,000 per child (5–12) applies for the compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner. Payable directly to the resort. Infants (0–4) are free of charge. The dinner includes a 4-course set menu and one welcome drink.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR800,000 per adult (13+) and IDR400,000 per child (5–12) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. Infants (0–4) are free of charge. This will be a full buffet dinner with one welcome drink.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast inclusion is your choice of buffet or a la carte breakfast served at Somewhere Restaurant from 7am to 11am. If the guests chose to order from the a la carte menu you are able to select a total of two hot dishes, two side dishes and one juice, tea or coffee.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served at Somewhere Restaurant from the a la carte menu between 12pm and 4pm for lunch or between 6pm and 9pm for dinner.
• Daily cocktail per adult (18+) is served at the bar during restaurant opening hours (7am – 8.30pm).
• Included massages are traditional Indonesian massages. Guests can book in advance by email or upon arrival at reception. The spa is open from 1–8pm.
• Complimentary shuttles are scheduled from Somewhere at 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm to downtown Kuta and the beach. Return shuttles leave from the Fresh Market at 10.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm, and from Kuta Beach at 10.40am, 1.40pm, 3.40pm, 5.40pm and 7.40pm. Guests must pre-book shuttle services with reception.
• Complimentary Sunday yoga classes take place at Ashtari Yoga, located in the hills with a beautiful view of Kuta Bay. The studio regularly offers three classes per day at 9am, 3.30pm and 5pm (surcharges apply for Somewhere Lombok guests Monday to Saturday); see the studios current schedule here. Classes must be booked a minimum of one day in advance and are available for adults only.

Overindulgence Upgrade:

• The two hour free-flow cocktails are available at the bar from 4–6pm.
• The 3-course candlelight dinner (5+ nights only) is an upgrade from the standard daily dinner inclusion and cannot be combined with daily lunch. Children are not included, however they will receive a 50% discount from child a la carte menu.
• The half-day waterfall trek (5+ nights only) begins at 9am and ends at approximately 1pm. Guests will be transported in a private car and will be guided to the beautiful waterfalls at Benang Kelambu. All entrance fees are included. Bookings are essential and can be arranged by contacting the hotel prior to arrival or upon check-in. Please note one children is able to attend this tour free of charge.
• The full day Gili Gede island tour (7+ nights only) begins at 9am and ends approximately at 6pm. Your concierge will take you to the west part of Lombok island where you will take a traditional speedboat to explore the unique Gili Gede island where you can relax on the beach, snorkel in the waters or explore other nearby smaller islands. Bookings are essential and can be arranged by contacting the hotel prior to arrival or upon check-in. Please note one children is able to attend this tour free of charge.
