7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Included cocktails are served at the bar during restaurant opening hours, 7am to 8.30pm daily. This inclusion is valid for adults only and cannot be substituted.
• Sunday yoga classes take place at Ashtari Yoga, located in the hills with a beautiful view of Kuta Bay. There are three classes per day: at 9am, 3.30pm and 5pm. Class must be booked a minimum of one day in advance. Yoga classes are for adults only.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served at Somewhere Restaurant from the a la carte menu between 12pm and 4pm for lunch or between 6pm and 9pm for dinner.
• Complimentary shuttles are scheduled from Somewhere at 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm, and from Fresh Market at 10.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm, and from Kuta Beach at 10.40am, 1.40pm, 3.40pm, 5.40pm and 7.40pm. Guests must book shuttle services with reception.
• Breakfast inclusion is a combination of buffet and a la carte breakfast served at Somewhere Restaurant from 7am to 11am. In addition to the buffet menu, guests may order a total of two hot dishes, two side dishes and one juice, tea or coffee from the a la carte menu.
• The half-day waterfall trek begins at 9am and ends at approximately 1pm. Guests will be transported in a private car and will be guided to the beautiful waterfalls at Benang Kelambu. All entrance fees are included. Bookings are essential and can be arranged by contacting the hotel prior to arrival or upon check-in.
• Airport transfer to and from Lombok International Airport is with Somewhere’s private car. Transfers are available 24 hours a day. The Somewhere team will reach out to guests to organise transfers, typically two weeks prior to arrival.
• Included massages are traditional Indonesian massages. Guests can book in advance by email or upon arrival at reception. The spa is open from 1pm to 8pm.
