Everyone from the concierge to room service was very hospitable and helpful. I want to thank Sherry, Jasmine, and Winston for extra help. Also, Miao Miao was the best! She arranged many things for me, and they all should get a raise! Please thank them again for me! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Basically, in lot of cases, all hotels are the same. You come, you sleep, you have breakfast and you go. But when the employees make you feel home, they are on the level of excellent

We stayed for one night for our anniversary, the front desk manager Miao Miao and her team members (Vicky and others) were very welcoming and helpful! We received the beautiful room decoration with flowers for our anniversary celebration. As a gold member, I also received the room upgraded and late check out that was really satisfying. Any time when I needed help they were always friendly and helpful.

It was a business visit made memorable by the welcoming and hospitable staff, a quality that starts right at the top at Sofitel Zhengzhou and then trickles down to the rest. Antoine, the General Manager, is a wonderful person who not only personally welcomed me during check-in but also ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. He is a very humble and hands-on person who is always involved and attentive to the guests. A big thanks to Miowmiow and Zhao at the Club Lounge, who went out of their way to cater to my special dietary needs (vegetarian food). The room and the bed were very comfortable and clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk (200-300 meters) from the subway. Full marks and five stars to the hotel.
