Sofitel Dubai The Palm is located on the East Cresent of Palm Jumeirah on 500 metres of golden-sand private beachfront. Set amid the lush greenery on the idyllic shores of the Arabian Gulf, the resort offers a tropical and relaxing sanctuary, only a 20-minute drive from the vibrant, buzzing metropolis of Dubai.

The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is served in Manava restaurant daily between 6.30am and 11am.
• Your welcome drink can be redeemed at any of the hotel bars for a glass of house beer, wine or soft drink.
• Daily lunch or dinner may be redeemed at selected dining outlets. Lunch or dinner is a three-course meal from a select menu. If guests wish to order something not on the select menu, they may do so at an additional supplemental charge, depending on the menu item.
• The included spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Guests will be presented with a physical voucher at check-in that they must present to redeem their credit. It may only be used for the Sofitel SPA with L’Occitane, valid once per stay. May be used for any item on the Spa menu. Advance bookings are essential for spa treatments.
• The Premier Lounge (Junior Suite and Signature Palm Suite Sea View only) access includes complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour, all-day refreshments, express check-in and check-out, and personalised concierge services. Alternatively, guests with Club Lounge access can also choose to have an open buffet breakfast at Manava restaurant.
