Attached to the renowned WAFI mall, this landmark hotel invites you to discover the historic neighbourhoods of Oud Metha and Al Karama. The hotel is located approximately a 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB). Airport transfers are only included in select packages only, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Dining and Spa Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Spa treatments must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Dining credit is valid for Brasserie Boulud and Taiko Dubai.
- Tourism Tax of AED20 per night is included in your package.
- Guests may enjoy breakfast at La Varanda from 6.30 to 10.30am.
- Nightly ‘L’Apero Chic’ cocktails and canapes will be served between 6pm and 8pm at Club Millésime. Reservations are required.
- A complimentary daily shuttle service is available between the hotel, Dubai Mall and Lamer Beach. Bookings are required.
- Include garment pressing service includes two garments per person, per stay.
- Personalised check-in from 10am and checkout until 4pm are strictly subject to availability.
Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer in a premium vehicle (Toyota Previa or similar), basic English-speaking driver, complimentary Wi-Fi and one bottle of water per person.
- Valid for transfer from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. Excludes additional stops during transfer.
- Valid for up to four passengers (including infants).
- Luggage capacity: three large suitcases and one small suitcase.
- An infant seat can be booked for a surcharge of US$5 per seat, per trip. Maximum of two infant seats per car.
- The driver will be dressed in distinctive orange and will hold easily recognisable signage.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
