Silverado Resort and Spa

Had a really great experience at Silverado resort the last couple weeks. We actually stated an Airbnb that was on prime at this resort and it was really nice. The facilities are all great. There’s pool tennis golf bikes you name it. It’s only like a seven minute drive from downtown Napa, so location is great, super quiet, you really cannot go wrong staying here

This is my second time attending an event at Silverado Resort. Wow, this place is nice. All the staff were so friendly. The food was great. Previously, one of our friends got a room and we all loved hanging out there. They also have weddings here. Great job everyone at Silverado Resort.

Nice resort - we didn't partake in a lot of the amenities, so I may have scored higher had we done so. We stayed in a 3 bed/2 bath condo, which was very nice. Good location for running up and down the valley for winery tours and tastings. Golf course looked great.

We have been coming to Silverado for 20+ years! We booked directly through the resort in the cottages, as we wanted the expansive fairways views. On our first night, we awoke by a very, very loud noise, at the crack of dawn, about 6 AM.When I looked outside, I saw that a huge tractor was lifting the grasses out from the fairways. This tractor continued to pull the grasses with this noise that I’m pretty sure woke up everyone! It just would not stop! I called the front desk in the morning and spoke to a manager, Stanley. He was appalled that they were out there so early in the morning. He said he would call me back. Well, I never heard from him, so I called him back. Stanley basically told me that he had no control over the schedule of when these tractors would work on the fairways. He said he would change our unit to another unit not in the fairways with no views. I told him this was not the experience that we wanted. And I told him I was appalled that they would give no consideration to their guests. Sounds like preparing the golf course is more important to them than their guest’s comfort! We checked out that day! I would not recommend this resort! Silverado, you need to get your act together! You tout luxury experiences, but you don’t have a clue what this means! You have dramatically changed in the negative over the years that we have been coming! I would not recommend this resort. There are too many other better options to choose from in the Napa Valley…
