We had such an amazing and memorable stay. All staff were accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Lawrence and Robert who are genuinely kind and attentive. . The room is clean, cozy, spotless and had everything I needed. The little touch such as complimentary snacks and nice view of the city made a difference. Every detail was well taken care of and the service was top-natch. We will definitely come back!

I absolutely loved this hotel!! The best part was Dean, the concierge. He is truly incredible! The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with very comfortable beds. The hotel is amazing, but the best part is the service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was so sad to leave. I truly cannot wait to stay here again!!

Two nights down, one to go, and honestly, I’m not ready to leave tomorrow! 😂 We’ve absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room itself is spacious and elegant, but what truly makes the experience exceptional is the attention to detail from the staff. From the moment we arrived, everything has felt seamless and welcoming. The entire team is so kind and thoughtful, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel cared for. One small example that meant a lot to me: the housekeeping team noticed I kept reaching for the hotel’s chamomile tea, and they kindly left a few extra for me. It’s a small gesture, but it shows just how attentive they are. Also, if you’re staying here, don’t miss the afternoon tea (such a lovely and relaxing experience) and the gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Beautiful space, great equipment, and everything you need for a proper workout. In short, I couldn’t recommend this place more. 🥰

5 star prices with 1 star service and 2 star hotel. The hotel is located in the business district on the first 16 floors of 60 plus story building. There are no views from the rooms beyond the side of other buildings. The location is very noisy with lots of traffic and emergency vehicles on the street throughout the night. The beds were very nice and the room was clean. However, the fixtures and furniture in the room were very outdated and in need of replacement. Overall, we found the service to be lacking at every turn. No one was present to assist with our luggage when we first arrived. The check in process took about twenty minutes with inexperienced staff that could not handle a simple issue about a complimentary voucher we received from the hotel Our rooms keys did not work on two different occasions. We were seated for breakfast and found out 30 minutes later the kitchen was not serving due to a lack of staffing. We had to get to the airport and ended up being hungry and late. We cancelled our next reservation and don’t plan to return. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not the place. The operations are falling apart and the management don’t seem to notice. Based on the price and service this is a 2 out 5 overall for us.
