Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Breakfast is served daily between 6.30am and 10.30am.
- Buffet dinner at Coffee Terrace or Tepi Laut is served from 6pm–10pm.
- The three-course set menu lunch at Oceano is served between 12pm and 3pm. Advance bookings are required.
- The sunrise hike is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday between 5.15am and 7.15am. Advance booking is required. Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier. Proper jungle attire is required: good walking shoes, long pants and insect repellent.
- Guests can pre-book spa treatments either upon arrival or during their stay. Advance reservation is recommended. The Spa is open between 10am and 10pm.
- Cool Zone Kids Club access included complimentary scheduled kids’ activities and Adventure Point – Outdoor Playground (excluding wall climbing and archery).
- Access to the Discovery Centre, onsite forest garden and waterfall excludes all nature reserve activities.
- The nightly drink is one beer or wine per adult at the Sampan Bar. The nightly drink is available between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.
- Daily complimentary shuttle bus service is available between the resort, Suria Sabah and Imago Shopping Mall. Booking is required with the concierge desk for departure and arrival arrangements. Only 40 seats are available per schedule.

- Non-motorised watersports equipment is available from the Watersports Centre on a first come, first serve basis.
