7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - All children (including children under the age of two that require their own seat) will incur the compulsory TBH3750 surcharge for the New Years Gala Dinner.
- Horizon Club Lounge access is available from 7am to 10pm daily. Horizon Club Lounge benefits include coffee, tea and soft drinks available throughout the day, as well as concierge and secretarial services. Buffet breakfast is also served daily from 7am to 10.30am and nightly drinks and canapes are served from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Dress code for happy hour is relaxed, smart casual.
- The Mediterranean buffet dinner is served between 6.30pm and 10pm at Kad Kafé. Not available Friday night. Reservations are required.
- Massages must be pre-booked at least one day in advance. The spa operates daily from 10am to 8pm.
- The all-you-can-eat Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese buffet-style lunch, served between 11.30am and 2.30pm.

- Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own.
- Drivers will wait for delays of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
