Important Update: From March 24, 2022, a new cancellation policy applies to this offer:

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 15 July 2020 until 8 September 2022 (bookings must be made before 8 July 2022).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 21 days before the start of your original booking date for domestic deals, and 1 day before check-in for international deals. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Resort Double Room & Premium Room – Packages are valid for four people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is  five people.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest three years and over may stay for a surcharge of A$65 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed, with accommodation and unlimited theme park pass only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay for A$25 per night with a cot and will count towards the maximum room capacity. Payable directly to the resort. Entry to the theme parks is free for infants aged two years and under.

Family Resort Queen & Family Premium Queen – Packages are valid for eight people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is  nine people.

Wet’n’Wild update 7.08.20 11:15am: Due to current restrictions, from Monday 10 August 2020, Wet’n’Wild will operate from Thursday to Sunday only. A seven-day week should recommence from Thursday 17 September.

Animal Adventure AU$50 voucher can be redeemed against any one Animal Adventures activity and is not transferable for cash and must be used during stay. Unused credit is non-refundable. Excludes special needs programs and glass-bottom boat tours. Certain criteria must be met in order to participate in each of the Animal Adventures programs. They are strictly enforced to ensure the safety of guests, staff and animals. All participation is subject to final assessment by the Marine Sciences staff member at the time of attendance and all conditions and/or information are subject to change without notice — click here for all Animal Adventures terms and conditions.
