Surrounded by the rugged beauty of Braunton Burrows, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, this seaside retreat offers easy access to coastal walks, cycling trails and water sports. The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Exeter Airport (EXT). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily buffet breakfast is served in The Dining Room or in-room, from 7.30am to 10.30am.
  • The three-course dinner is served in The Dining Room from 5.30pm to 9pm.
  • The included GBP25 spa credit can only be used once per stay, redeemable on treatments only. The minimum spend to redeem the credit is GBP25.
  • Use of hotel facilities includes access to all Source Spa facilities. Treatments are not included.
  • Reservation is required for daily fitness classes.
  • Guests will receive a credit at check-in for the daily cocktail. Served from 10am onwards in The Terrace Lounge (select packages only).
  • The included massage is a back, neck and shoulder aromatherapy massage. Reservation is advised (select packages only).
  • Sea Facing rooms can request the minibar to be stocked at an additional charge, paid before arrival.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
