Sanora Villa Sanur by iNi ViE Hospitality is a romantic hideaway removed from the hustle and bustle of Bali’s other destinations, creating a quiet oasis minutes from the spectacular Sanur Beach. Discover the local cafes, restaurants and bars dotted along the coastline to enjoy a meal with an epic view, or take a 15-minute drive to visit the exquisite flora of the Bali Orchid Gardens. The hotel is approximately a 20-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see Fine Print and plan accordingly.

Valid for travel from 15 May 2025 until 30 September 2026 (bookings must be made before 31 July 2026).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily a la carte breakfast is served at Paed Thai between 7.30am–10.30am.
  • The choice of lunch or dinner is a two-course meal at Paed Thai. Lunch is served between 12pm–4pm. Dinner is served between 6pm–9pm.
  • Daily cocktail is served at Paed Thai from 4pm–6pm.
  • The included dining credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The Jungle Club Ubud Inclusions & Fine Print:

  • Includes: Free entrance to The Jungle Club Ubud including one signature cocktail per adult
  • The Jungle Club Ubud is located in Ubud.

  • Transport to and from the beach club is not included.
  • Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
  • Guests need to confirm with the staff at the property for this booking. It can be redeemed only during the days of stay

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

  • Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
  • You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
  • Rates are per car, one way.
  • A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
  • An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
  • The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
  • Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
  • Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 68 00.
  • Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
  • Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Our stay at Sanora has been nothing but a dream! Anggie has provided incredibly attentive service and has ensured us a positive experience. The floating breakfast was gorgeous! The villa is stunning.

Bad location right on a busy road, gets very noisy. None of the doors seal properly so mosquitos come in. Breakfast and afternoon tea where part of our package, breakfast gets delivered and is cold and unpleasant. The menu is not the full restaurant menu either. Afternoon tea ended up being 4 small pieces of stale brownie not what they advertised. The villa is ok but way overpriced for what they offer. The staff were the highlight.

We stayed at Sanora Villas for three weeks. The villa itself is okay and generally well equipped. Breakfast is fine, but limited – no matter how many people are staying, it’s always one plate per person, which is not very much but acceptable. The staff are overall friendly. However, the location is directly on a main road, so if you keep the doors or windows open, it can be quite noisy. Unfortunately, we experienced very serious issues during our stay. While we were away for a few days (but still paying for the villa), the management carried out renovation works inside our villa, including painting in the bathrooms. When we returned, the smell of fresh paint was so strong that it spread through the entire villa and caused severe headaches. One bedroom and one bathroom became unusable because of this, which is unacceptable given that we had booked and paid for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa. On top of that, our private pool was unavailable for a full day because it had not been chlorinated in advance and had to be shock-treated during our stay. This should never happen while guests are present. When we asked if there was another room available for the following days, we were told everything was fully booked. Only when we said we would leave and started looking for a new place on our own – in the middle of high season – did the staff suddenly tell us the next morning, as we walked past with packed suitcases, that they “found” something after all. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When we raised these issues, the staff on-site simply looked down at the ground instead of addressing the situation. The management offered only a complimentary dinner as compensation, but this was only after we actively requested it: initially, they offered a 20% discount, then 30% once they realized how upset we were, and finally, a completely free dinner. However, due to the severe headaches caused by the paint fumes, we were unable to take advantage of this offer. After long discussions, we were refunded three nights, but this does not reflect the actual inconvenience we faced. In summary: the villa itself is okay and the staff are polite, but the way problems were handled was unprofessional and very disappointing. Without these issues, we might have written a more positive review, but under these circumstances we cannot recommend Sanora Villas.
