Sanctoo Suites & Villas is hidden in the peaceful village of Singapadu on the fringes of Ubud, around a 20-minute drive from Ubud centre. It sits adjacent to Bali Zoo and is a short drive from Sukawati Art Market and the Ubud Traditional Art Market. The glistening waters of Tegenungan Waterfall are 15 minutes away by car. The resort is an approximately 60-minute drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please see Fine Print for details.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR750,000 per adult (12+) and IDR500,000 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Cassowary Restaurant between 7am and 10.30am.
• The 20-minute resort photoshoot must be reserved upon check-in. Guests may choose one soft copy image or digital file.
• Included lunch or dinner is from a two-course a la carte menu at Cassowary Restaurant.
• Lunch is served from 11am. Dinner is served from 6pm.
• Afternoon tea is served at the Cassowary Restaurant between 3pm and 6pm.
• Cocktails are served between midday and 10pm at Cassowary Restaurant from a limited menu inclusive of mocktails.
• The included massage is a one-hour Balinese massage at The Sanctoo Spa & Wellness. The spa is open every day from 9am until 6pm. Reservations are recommended.
• Zoo access will be organised by the resort at check-in.
• The animal feeding experience is inclusive of one bucket of feed per room.
• The trekking experience around the hotel surroundings must be booked one day in advance. The trekking area is very accessible, however no children are permitted. A sports casual dress code applies. Please wear enclosed shoes and a hat. Bringing a water bottle is advised.
• Children are included in the one-way or return airport transfers packages.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
