- Daily afternoon tea can be redeemed at any restaurant or in-suite between 2.30pm and 5pm.
- Daily free-flow applies to all non-alcoholic drinks. Guests can redeem these drinks at any restaurant or bar during opening hours.
- The ice cream service for children (11 and under), fruit service and cooling cucumber eye compress is served poolside daily at 3pm.
- Minibar is replenished daily with local beer and soft drink.
- Nighly sunset cocktails are served at Te.Ja.Co Lounge & Bar in the lobby area from 5pm until 7pm.
- Balinese cooking classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11.15am.
- The 50-minute Balinese massage can be redeemed at Galangal Spa or in-room between 10am and 9pm. Advance reservations are required.
- Non-motorised watersports do not need to be booked in advance. Availability is dependent on tide conditions.
- The hospitality lounge consists of a lounge area, mini cinema, small meeting room, library and shower facilities. Guests can use this if arriving or departing outside of standard check-in and checkout hours.
- The one-time private in-villa foam party (Packages 7+ nights only) must be booked in advance.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
