Located in the heart of Hunter Valley’s flourishing wine country, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is situated in an expansive section of lush countryside, just a short drive from a myriad of vineyard cellar doors. Hop from Hanging Tree Wines to Hope Estate, take the whole family to visit the Hunter Valley Wildlife Park or wander through the picturesque Hunter Valley Gardens.

The hotel is located approximately a 50-minute drive from Newcastle Airport (NTL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Gather on Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10am and from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekends. Please note, breakfast is available from 6.30am to 10.30am every day during school holiday periods.
• Nightly cocktails are served at Vista Lounge or Lovedale Bar + Grill, dependant on opening hours.
• The beer and cider tasting paddle experience can be redeemed at Lovedale Bar + Grill. Guests will be provided a voucher upon arrival. Experience is available seven days a week, 10am to late.
• Wine tasting experiences must be booked in advance, and times are subject to availability. Guests will be provided with a booking link from the reservations team.
• Briar Ridge Vineyard is open from 10am, Wednesday to Monday, with last tastings from 4pm. Tastings are limited to 45 minutes during peak times and there are no tastings on Tuesdays. This experience includes a cheeseboard.
• Pepper Tree Wines is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 5pm. Hours may vary on public holidays. Includes wine tasting only.
• 30% discount at Ubika Day Spa covers onsite spa treatments and retail products. To purchase, please head to Ubika Day Spa on the ground floor. Cannot be used online or in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Subject to availability upon presentation of code.
