This place was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. It was my anniversary with my partner and they wrote a happy anniversary card and left a bottle of wine which was super sweet. We can’t get over their desserts at room service we both had the brownie and it was absolutely amazing. The only downside was the beds were soft, however, we both sleep on a firm bed so it’s just personal preference. The room It was warm. The bath was deep, the shower was amazing, the soap, shampoo, conditioner smelled so good (mandarin and rosemary). Highly recommend this place. The staff were lovely too

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Receptionists are welcoming. Staff are friendly. The services are great. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and the rooms are immaculate. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great location in the city, walkable distance to main tourist attractions. We noticed that the bathroom doors had a squeaky noise as it slowly closes and I think the toilet seat wasn’t that clean. There was a stain on it that I didn’t dare to touch Overall service was excellent and they made up rooms nicely as we requested. Would still stay here again, mainly for the location

Stayed in a kindly upgraded Premier King King room. The bed was really comfortable and the place was very clean. The room had a view of the city and was quite peaceful because the hotel was situated somewhat outside of the city center's main streets. Even so, it was a convenient place to get around across the town. For $25 per night, you can park in the on-site carpark. The Bloody Mary’s restaurant, which is situated within the hotel, was excellent and had a vintage feel. One thing I noticed was that the toilet had a black ring mark inside of it and if it were clean, it would be perfect and I would rate 5 stars.
