So I have 2 small complaints. The rooms got recently renovated. Wonderful. The bathroom was soooo small! I've been in a lot of standard hotels where the bathrooms were bigger. The shower head was awful! It was not adjustable and the holes sprayed the water everywhere. Other than that, fabulous! The breakfast was amazing, the staff were stellar, the concierge deserves this big shout out! He helped us book all the tours and taxi assistance. Spending Halloween overlooking bourbon Street on a balcony is something to experience in anyone's lifetime.

Unbeatable on location, step out on to Bourbon Street, we had a room facing the other way so was super quiet. Rooms are spot on, if you're expecting high end designer rooms then not for you but the beds were super comfy, bathroom super clean and perfect for what you need, lets face it, a boozy night on Bourbon St you're not bothered too much as long as the showers good and bed comfy. Valet parking was simple and easy, great bar in the hotel with some amazing live jazz/blues, brilliant gaff Aron Manchester UK

Really a location that is tough to beat. Right in the middle of the action on Bourbon St. We stayed on a high floor and the noise was hardly noticeable. The lobby and common areas/bars/restaurants are all very nicely decorated and impressive. The service we experienced ranged from good to excellent. There were a few staff that were really friendly and welcoming. The room itself was nothing special, but it was enough. It was comfortable and we came to explore the French Quarter, so it suited our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good overall. Everyone was polite. The only caveats is you can't cast anything on their TV even if it have a Chromecast making the TV not as useful since you have to pay $20+/content, the only free thing is mostly local channels. When booking our room, the Executive Level, Breakfast for 2 was supposed to be included, which is why we booked it in the first place, but when we tried to use that amenity, we were told it wasnt. We also had a connecting door to an adjacent room which gave us less privacy than usual since we could hear everything from the next room.
