I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible housekeeping team at Rixos Premium Dubai for making my sister’s birthday truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated with so much care and attention to detail – from the elegant balloons to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything was simply perfect. The surprise brought a big smile to her face and created such a joyful memory for all of us. It’s clear that the team takes pride in going above and beyond for their guests. Their creativity, professionalism, and warm hospitality made all the difference. Thank you once again to the amazing housekeeping staff for making this special day even more magical!

A Perfect Stay Experience! Our stay at Rixos JBR was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness, making us feel very special. Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and everything we needed was readily available. The breakfast was served as an open buffet and offered a wide variety of options. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s location is also very central, making it easy to access nearby attractions. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and hospitality of Ms. Berna. She took great care of every request we had and truly made us feel at home. Whether for a holiday or a business trip, I highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon — thank you to the Rixos family!

Amazing experience as always at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR! The views from the Penthouse are absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the beach. The food and service here are consistently top-notch; I’ve stayed over three times now and it never disappoints. One of the coolest bonuses is the line-up of exotic cars parked right in front of the hotel — definitely adds to the vibe. Also, right next to Rixos there’s a great restaurant with delicious shakes and burgers — perfect for a casual bite. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with amazing views that really added to the experience. The service from the staff was excellent—they were helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for getting around, but it’s worth noting that the on-site nightclub attracts a lot of guests, which may not be ideal for families or those seeking a quiet environment. Overall, a great stay for couples or solo travelers, but probably not the best fit for a family trip.
