Rixos JBR is truly an exceptional hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided outstanding hospitality and made me feel welcome. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless with beautiful views. The food and dining options are excellent with plenty of variety and high quality. The location is perfect, right on JBR with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making it a luxurious and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend Rixos JBR to anyone visiting Dubai!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR! The hotel is not only beautifully located but also offers excellent service. Everything was always perfectly clean and well maintained – a big thank you to the housekeeping team, especially San, who did an outstanding job with his friendliness and attention to detail. The food at Turquoise and the other restaurants was simply delicious, with so much variety and top quality. On top of that, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special – they beautifully prepared everything for our wedding anniversary and my birthday, which made us feel truly celebrated and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will definitely come back!

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with amazing views that really added to the experience. The service from the staff was excellent—they were helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for getting around, but it’s worth noting that the on-site nightclub attracts a lot of guests, which may not be ideal for families or those seeking a quiet environment. Overall, a great stay for couples or solo travelers, but probably not the best fit for a family trip.
