RIMBA by AYANA Bali is located along Bali’s western coast, along a tranquil stretch of clifftop. The resort is just a five-minute drive to Jimbaran village’s boutiques, galleries and markets, and a 40-minute drive to Seminyak’s bustling shopping and nightlife. The resort is located approximately a 20-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, see Fine Print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Name changes are strictly not permitted.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at To’Ge, Karang or Padi restaurant between 6.30am and 10.30am.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is set-menu. Both lunch and dinner are available at Sami Sami, Damar Terrace, To’Ge, Unique Roof Top Bar and Restaurant, HonZEN, Liu Li Palace and Karang. Or, dinner only at Rock Bar, Padi, Scusa and DAVA Steak & Seafood. Lunch is typically available between 11am and 2.30pm. Dinner is typically available between 5.30pm and 11pm.
• The AYANA Putting Golf area is open from 7am to 6pm.
• One-time cocktail can be enjoyed at Rock Bar from 4pm to 12pm during the day and at After Rock from 7pm to 2am in the evening, or at Unique from 11am to 11pm. At Luna, cocktails are redeemable from 9am to 11pm, while at Kubu Beach Club, they can be enjoyed from 10am to 6pm.
• Included massages take place at AYANA Spa, open from 10am to 8pm Advance reservation is required.
• Kubu Beach entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather. The beach is open from 10am to 6pm.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles guests to an upgraded seat allocation. If the bar is booked out, only in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
• The Aquatonic Pool experience is available to guests over 12 years old and with a minimum height of 150cm. Open from 12pm to 7pm, with last entry and 6pm. There will be an information session with the spa team before using the Aquatonic Pool.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
• The shuttle runs every 10 minutes between 6am and 10pm, stopping at AYANA, RIMBA, The Villas and the Kubu Beach Club.
• RIMBA Jungle Adventure and AYANA Ocean Adventure are open daily from 9am to 6pm. Children under three years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required), complimentary towels and access to Kid’s Club
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including lounges, VIP areas and private cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.

• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• The minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
