Incredible Hotel Service Above and Beyond! . My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the service was beyond amazing. We had a little mishap when we accidentally left our phone in a taxi on the way to the airport. In a panic, we called the hotel’s concierge for help, and they responded quickly and professionally. . The concierge took all the necessary details, even contacted the police for us, and within just one hour, they helped us track down the taxi driver and retrieve our phone! We were so impressed by how dedicated and caring the hotel staff was to make sure we got our phone back. . The experience really showed us that they truly value their guests and go above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to them for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the help, it made our stay even more memorable!

Hotel in a great location. All within short walk to train station, shopping and food. Rooms are a little dated but well kept and clean. Breakfast at the Brasserie has a lot of variety and tasty too. Some of the staff here are friendly and helpful. To name a few outstanding ones, Alan from front desk, Euni from Concierge, Jeff, Amy and Bianca from Brasserie. Recommended to stay here either for your holiday or work.

We really enjoyed our stay at Regent Taipei. The location was perfect. We could walk around comfortably at night. It’s nice to spot a Lady M store inside the hotel, and their cakes were yummy. Breakfast was great with lots of tasty options and everything was fresh. It did get a bit crowded, but the seating areas were spacious and comfortable, so it didn’t feel overwhelming. We also loved the live music in the evenings such a nice touch that added to the atmosphere. We booked two club rooms and appreciated the access to the Tai Pan Lounge, especially their premium lychee tonic cocktail and generous selection of drinks. The lounge attendants and bartender were genuinely kind and welcoming. There’s also a small kids’ club that was a big hit with our little ones. The young lady who worked there was amazingly attentive and sweet with the kids. They had such a fun time. There's a nice rooftop pool, and we happened to be able to watch fireworks one night from up there, and it was great. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless every day. Overall, it was a lovely stay with thoughtful details and great service.

We recently stayed at the Regent Hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. A special thanks to Ray Liu for recommending and booking a visit to a local cat cafe for my niece. She absolutely loved it! The attention to detail and warm service made our trip so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Thank you, Ray of Regent, for your outstanding service!
