an oasis of tranquility with top notch service! i wish i could live here forever. super responsive guest services free guest activities from cocktail/sake tasting, fitness classes, cooking/baking classes to arts and craft - rmb to book in advance because slots r limited and very popular the rooms are well appointed and designed. luxurious bathroom amenities provided (perricone and marvis), shower had strong water pressure and good temperature control. complimentary minibar restock everyday is 10/10 the hotel grounds r pretty and idyllic. 4 pools in total i believe, all not overcrowded. practically enjoyed the whole rooftop pool to ourselves. super well-equipped 24hr gym with young coconut isotonics and health bars 👍 breakfast buffet spread is extensive - korean, western, local and baked delights. viet coffee was super aromatic

Regent truly exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everything was exceptional. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Though some services were slightly pricey, the overall experience was worth it. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful family retreat.

Title: Forever Your Biggest Fan – A Heartfelt Fourth Stay at Regent Phú Quốc This was my fourth stay at Regent Phú Quốc, and once again, it felt like coming home. Though we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning of our trip, the way the resort staff and management handled everything was nothing short of impressive. The response was swift, thoughtful, and full of care. The recovery service was wise and well-executed, and we felt personally cared for every single day. The managers consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—it never felt forced, only sincere. A heartfelt thank you to the Housekeeping Department for the beautifully curated set of shampoo and shower gel—such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that added to the experience. What truly moved us most, however, were the familiar faces at OKU and Rice Market. The staff there didn’t just remember our names—they remembered our stories. They greeted us like old friends, making each meal a deeply personal and joyful experience. It's rare to feel so seen and valued. The Front Office team also left a lasting impression. Their warm smiles greeted us from the moment we arrived until the very moment I stepped into the taxi to leave. That consistency in kindness is something I’ll never forget. Of course, no place is perfect. We understand that the festive season brings its own set of challenges, and some mistakes are inevitable. But what stood out was the sincere effort to improve, to listen, and to evolve. Regent Phú Quốc is clearly striving for excellence—not a superficial perfection, but a deep, meaningful one—and it shows. I hope this feedback helps Regent take yet another step toward that vision. I’ll be back next year, and I look forward to seeing the same dedication to service, pristine facilities, and ever-evolving gastronomic experiences. PS: As a token of appreciation for the heartfelt hospitality we received, I sent Regent Phú Quốc three small but meaningful gifts.

Amazing Stay at Regent Phu Quoc! I truly enjoyed my trip! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room came with so many thoughtful complimentary items, and everything was clean and spotless. I loved every part of the resort — it’s peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The food was also delicious! Overall, a perfect stay and I would definitely come back.
