- The person designated as the skipper, who steers the boat, must remain sober during the sailing, with a BAC of 0.00%. The rest of the guests may consume alcohol (up to two drinks per person may be taken on board), but any antisocial behaviour or intoxication can lead to the boat being remotely disabled and your booking cut short.
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
- Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused to the boat or any other equipment supplied by GoBoat.
- Guests are responsible for returning the boat to GoBoat in a clean state and good working order. In the event a boat is not returned clean and in good working order, guests must pay Additional Hire Charges for all cleaning and repair costs incurred by GoBoat.
- If, for whatever reason, a boat is not returned to GoBoat, guests will pay the current retail price of a boat as advised by GoBoat, immediately upon the request of GoBoat.
- All guests must participate in a mandatory safety briefing.
- Fees apply for late returns, payable directly to GoBoat.
- Guests must not at any given time exceed the recommended or legal speed limit of the boat, litter, swim, attempt to fish from the boat, or interfere with any flora or fauna.
