Raffles Singapore

Great history and excellently renovated. Room was really comfortable with all the essential amenities. Service was amicable but partly rushed. We could not check-in immediately although arrived after 3 p.m. which was unfortunate as we had a tight schedule and early check-out. The Long Bar was a bit too touristic - not nice to put sitting by the smelly counter especially as there were tables empty.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at Raffles Singapore, and from the moment we arrived, it was nothing short of magical. Stepping through the doors felt like entering a timeless sanctuary, where history, elegance, and impeccable service blend seamlessly. The hotel itself is a masterpiece: beautifully restored, with every corner exuding heritage and charm. Our suite was spacious, refined, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home, yet wonderfully pampered. The attention to detail was extraordinary, from the perfectly arranged amenities to the serene atmosphere that enveloped us. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the service. Every member of the Raffles team treated us with warmth, genuine hospitality, and a level of attentiveness that made us feel not just like guests, but like part of the Raffles family. It was clear that everything was done with care and heart. Dining was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast in the lush courtyard, dinner in the privacy and comfort of our suite, or ending the evening at the Writer's Bar, every experience was a delight to the senses. Raffles is not just a hotel—it is an experience, a journey into history and refinement, and a celebration of hospitality at its finest. Our time there together will remain a cherished memory, and we cannot wait to return.

I had the privilege of staying at the historic Raffles Hotel in Singapore for one night. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. Every room is a suite, and the personal butler service as well as the historical experience tour were particularly memorable. While the afternoon tea at the lobby lounge was a nice experience, I do feel that the quality of the food could be improved. The breakfast, on the other hand, was highly satisfying, though I believe the quality of the Asian food options could benefit from some enhancement to match the high standards of Western dishes. Overall, I would love to stay at Raffles Hotel again in the near future. A truly unforgettable experience!

Went to the bar for a Gin Sling. Amazing building, real colonial vibe. Loved the fact you could put the Monkey nut shells on the floor. However at $41 per Gin Sling it was very expensive!
