The hotel is located around a 30-minute drive from Melbourne Airport (MEL) and a five-minute walk from Southern Cross Station. Transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Salted Egg from 7am until 10am weekdays and 7am until 10.30am weekends.
- The welcome margarita or house cocktail is served at Q Rooftop (Tuesday–Saturday: 4pm till late). On Mondays and Sundays, when the rooftop isn’t open, guests will be able to redeem their welcome drink at other outlets. Non-alcoholic options available.
- Salted Egg dinner upgrade includes a four-course set-menu dinner for two and a frozen margarita, house wine, house beer or soft drink per person. Pre-booking is essential. Dinner upgrade is not available on Sundays or Mondays.
- Salted Egg is open 5pm–9.30pm Tuesday to Thursday; 5pm–10pm Friday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
