This place was absolutely fantastic! My mum and I stayed for the Rob Thomas concert. The staff were incredible, so lovely and gave us an awesome room upgrade - free of charge! The room was beautiful, so spacious and the views from the balcony were amazing. It was so close to flinders street too. We will definitely, definitely be back. Thanks for having us💗

Booked for a night to attend wedding event next door to Metropolis events, perfect location. Next door to Southgate plaza for any extra food or shopping, great facilities at hotel. Staff were attentive, friendly and hospitable - big thank you to Malcolm at reception. He was a standout, and everyone else was also great. Lovely area to walk a long the Yarra River as well, see the sunday market, and close to many other great spots

From the time we walked in through to checking out, our stay at quay west was flawless. The suite was great, all the amenities you could possibly want were there. They even had a cordless charger in the room. The pool, gym and spa were an amazing spaces to use and the service was impeccable. Overall I can’t fault anything and we will definitely be staying here again

The suite was brilliant, we stayed in 2505 and fantastic views. Staff were lovely as well. Location near a number of restaurants was ideal. It's just the little things that made it not a t star experience. You pay quite a considerable amount for the suite and then parking isn't included, breakfast isn't included. We stayed a Saturday night and nearly everything off the room order menu wasnt available as its their 'end of week', bar wasnt open during the day just after 5pm. It's a great place but not a 5 star hotel.
