7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Advance bookings are essential for treatments redeemed with spa credits, valid only on treatments of one hour or more. Each spa credit must be used separately and cannot be combined, with one credit per treatment. Treatments cannot be redeemed on Saturdays or Sundays.
- The pre-dinner drink is a choice between house wine, beer or soft drink and will be served at Stingray Lounge Bar, and must be redeemed daily. Drinks do not accumulate. Stingray is open from 4pm til late.
- Daily breakfast in your package will be served at the Bazaar restaurant.
- Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The credit can be redeemed at any of the hotel’s food and drink outlets. Not valid in conjunction with any discount or other offer.
