I had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly — they explained all the hotel facilities in detail and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, right on Orchard Road, so it’s super convenient to go anywhere. The concierge team was also very quick and helpful in arranging taxis and assisting with anything I needed. Thank you, Pullman Singapore Orchard, for such amazing hospitality and for making me feel right at home!

Would like to pass on our thanks and gratitude to these staff Dahlia, Sufi, Jesper, Gareth & Dylan who presented a lovely anniversary cake and made our stay in the Club Residence rooms very pleasurable. Also a big thank you to the reception team who provided great advice on medical assistance for my wife during our staff. Overall Rob and the team were amazing!

Picked the place in Central of Orchard above The Apple Store. Coat hotel with chic and hip factors. Like the decors around. Check-in was spotless and rooms are clean and tidy. The most important factor I like is the hospitality I received. Every staff greeted you with a smile and initiate a small conversation with you to make you feel home. Excellent customer service and definitely will come back next time!

Stayed at Pullman Orchard and had a very pleasant experience. The location is superb, right in the heart of Orchard, close to major shopping malls and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed with complete amenities. The size was just right for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a great stay, modern, convenient, and enjoyable!
