Wonderful hotel located on Karon Beach. The hotel itself is huge and has a lot to explore. Karon beach is one of the best locations in Phuket. Beach view rooms are amazing, and overall service is great. The hotel provides you with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay.

Property is to good to be true in terms of size and look. The reception, trees all over, such a big property, you will be awestruck. There is just a road cross and big beach. Hotel staff helps you to cross the road. The problem is rooms are very bad. Our shower was not working properly, the wash basin was not working propyans despite multiple complaints no one came and there was no follow up. For that price , certainly rooms need to be better. The view of the balcony was towards beach which was awesome. Food is also good. You get decent well prepared options for vegetarians in breakfast. Even in room dinning food is good. There are so many things happening within the hotel. There was a lady and gentlemen who sang near the reception, they were very good, you can request the song you want to hear, they were very humble and the voice was also good. The female girl DJ was also superb , very nice hearted and totally humble. We had a good stay overall. Just please improve rooms and related teams follow up strong. Also the guy who helped us with our luggage drop and pick up also was very sweet. Thanks.
