I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Han and Lam, who welcomed me every morning during breakfast. They always greeted me with a warm smile and took care of every little detail, which made my mornings much more pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to their kindness and thoughtful service, I was able to start each day of my trip in such a positive way. The hotel’s facilities and environment were excellent, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Han and Lam truly made my stay extra special, and I am very grateful for their dedication. I hope many other guests will also have the chance to experience the same warm hospitality here.

The staff in Pullman Hotel is very friendly. If you have issues they will try their best to help. They are all very polite, young and friendly. They always greet you with a smile on their face. Highly recommend this hotel. Best season to come is Dec -April. We came in September and it is rainy season. They have shuttle buses to take you to places to visit like downtown and other small town. Thank you Pullman.

I had a wonderful check-in experience with DAVID RECEPTION. The information about the hotel was explained very clearly, and it was easy to understand everything. The welcome drink was refreshing and delicious, which made me feel warmly welcomed. David spoke at a comfortable pace, so it was very easy for me to follow. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and professionalism. It was a great first impression when arriving at the hotel, and I felt very well taken care of.

First time to Phu Quoc for a 3 nights stay. Amazing stay here at Pullman Phu Quoc. We were first greeted by the friendly front desk service (Chan is the one to look for). Rooms were very good and there are a lot of amenities in the hotel including a huge pool, beach bar as well as a pickle ball court! Breakfast was exceptionally good here and we had a chance to try the breakfast at Maddie (9th floor) of the hotel as well. Awesome view and service was as expected, excellent. our servers Hanh, Han and Tham were so attentive to our request on the food and coffee (even offered to provide takeaway coffee when we said the coffee was delicious). Overall nothing short of the service and presentation by Pullman. Looking forward to come back here again.
