An amazing getaway with the family of total relaxation and bliss.,The staff throughout the resort were more than helpful and made our stay an amazing one. Amenities were exceptional, rooms were fantastic and well serviced. Such a great location.

We had a lovely stay at the Pullman Palm Cove. Coming from Melbourne we booked this trip for a winter getaway and was amazed with the resort and its facilities. Our 2 bedroom room was fantastic, made better with a rooftop including spa bath and BBQ facilities. Would highly recommend getting this type of accommodation as it gave us another great option when the weather got cooler late in the afternoon to still have a spa and BBQ. Breakfast was included and this made the mornings very easy knowing we didnt have to worry about what to cook and where to go. The food was great. With beach access as well, this was the perfect getaway for our young family of 4.

Beautiful resort! Our room was quiet and roomy. The pool was fantastic, and staff very helpful (except when we ordered lunch by the pool. The order was incorrect and took forever to arrive). House keeping was not very good, as we constantly had sand and hair in our bathroom that never got cleaned. Also being 5 star I would have liked a pillow menu, because I really prefer a firm one. We had a brilliant time though, and will definitely be returning. Thanks team!

The resort property was amazing, from the various pools and bar to the room. The restaurant was not very good at all. I also booked a "Spa Package" when I made the hotel reservation but I did not realize I also needed to schedule services from the Spa because when I showed up the Spa was all booked out. It would have been nice if that was communicated to me that I needed to book spa treatments as well after making the reservation. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, just avoid the restaurant this time and book any spa treatments well in advance.
