Our stay has been spectacular. Great customer service, great location. Special thanks to Cynthia at the reception she was very patient and satisfied everyone’s needs. Special thanks Clovis at breakfast he recognized we needed assistance as it was our first time here and took his time to make sure we enjoyed every bite and beverage we had. Special thanks to Odethee at the front office, she was very helpful in so many ways. Last but not least, special thanks to Virginie and Adeline for making sure our rooms were clean and delivered all of our requests. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back.

A very good hotel. The service and staff are very respectful. The breakfast area is excellent, and the hotel is very clean. The view is magnificent. I am very satisfied. I loved it. I had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.🙏😍

We recently stayed for 4 nights, and the service was truly impeccable. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the waiters were very polite. The Balinese massage I booked was one of the best I've ever had. Special mention to Ruth and Andrew at the front desk, who were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We'll definitely be returning – highly recommended!

Best experience at the couqley breakfast buffet. Every morning without fail they are so accomodating I have specific dietary requirements and I get hestitant when it comes to travel but both Clovis and Vijay were outstanding they made me feel so at ease, not stressed and comfortable when it came to my needs and providing for me. They cooked anything I needed and tailored the foods to me. Thank you both so much. Cant wait to return 💙
