The Pullman Bali Legian Beach is a seaside boutique resort offering a peaceful sanctuary in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods on the island. Ideally located steps from Legian’s beachfront, this serene paradise is also close to the heart of Bali’s recreational areas, where quaint boutiques, shops, spas, restaurants and bar-lined streets are all in close proximity. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of A$170 per adult (12+) and A$85 per child/infant (3–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily cocktail is a choice of espresso martini, daquiri, screwdriver and caipirosca. Beer is also an option.
• Breakfast is served at Montage between 6.30am and 10.30am.
• Guests receive 20% discount on drinks at the resort’s bars and restaurant (excluding wine, Champagne and in-room dining) and 20% off spa treatments at Tjakra-7 Spa. Any unused discount will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Guests must be aged 18+ for spa treatments.
• Spa treatments and sauna and steam room use must be booked in advance.
• Included massages are a choice of a Balinese massage, reflexology massage or jet lag massage.
• Kids’ club is available to children aged between three and 12 years old. Opening hours are from 9am to 5pm with dedicated attendants.

Themed Buffet Dinners

• Themed dinners are served at Montage from 6pm to 9.30pm all days except Sunday. Advance bookings are required.
• Adults must attend the themed dinners together. Themes are as follows:
  • Monday: The Butcher Night (full meat BBQ with Western-themed accompanying menus)
  • Tuesday: Jimbaran Fresh Seafood Market (full seafood BBQ with local/Asian-themed accompanying menus)
  • Wednesday: La Notte Italiana (pasta night with Italian-themed accompanying menus)
  • Thursday: Indonesian Extravaganza (local Indonesian foods galore with meat and seafood BBQ as accompanying menu)
  • Friday: Surf & Turf (best of both meat and seafood BBQ with Western-themed accompanying menus)
  • Saturday: Middle East Festive (full Middle Eastern buffet dining with Middle Eastern live stations menu)
• Please note that themed dinners are not applicable for stays on 24, 25 and 31 December.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
