Well located, very comfortable and clean room with a great shower and bath. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast with a wide range of foods. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The team at The Pullman in Adelaide make you feel at home from the moment you pull up - they actually come outside and welcome you. The whole space is so lovely, with a well equipped gym, amazing food, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a team who genuinely care about the experience you have when you stay with them. I have stayed at The Pullman several times a year over the past five years and I have always had the same five star experience.

Pullman's cleaning and information services are very considerate, everything is so smooth, fast and simple. The staff are very warm and friendly, the hotel is very safe, and restaurants, bars and parks are very close. Especially the mattress and pillows in the room, which made me fall asleep in a second. It was a very comfortable experience!

The location is great. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I missed was a human touch. No one smiles at Parc the restaurant. Its looks like everything is a job and no emotions. It's all business. A smile would be nice. And the room shower gel was not a shower gel but a hand wash which we realised on the second last day of the trip. Hotel is good but need to learn how to be not robotic.
