Excellent boutique hotel! The hotel was created by joining several old homes and warehouses together. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if on the small size. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The only complaint isn't really a complaint against the hotel, but being that it was made by joining buildings, it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to get to some parts of the hotel. We were on, on obstenibly the third floor, but we had a couple of staircases and an outdoor walk to get to our room. Worth the walk, but not for people who have problems with stairs.

Amazing stay. The property is outstanding. You feel in the 17th century Amsterdam golden age. Amenities are modern and luxurious. There is a terrace inside the hotel with a very good restaurant where to chill and have great food. The concierge is very good at demands, and everyone in the staff is very kind and keen to help. The bar is also a great spot with a twist in basic drinks. I would recommend the hotel to improve cleanliness. The carpets seem old and when you get into the room it seems that cleanliness is not paid attention to the fullest. I would also improve the lobby. It is pretty small and gets easily crowded. More sofas would be an option.

The location was exceptional! Right next to a canal and in the heart of the restaurants and shops around. It was very easy to just step outside and walk any direction you wished. The staff at the front desk and entry were extremely warm and helpful. Rooms are good in size and offer great amenities. Love the color pencils and postcards touch. The architecture of the hotel itself is unforgettable as well. We stayed there for 6 nights and absolutely loved it.

I stayed at the Pulitzer for 4 nights. Overall, it was a great experience; the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I had several meals at the different restaurants and enjoyed all of them. I also used the fitness center every day which was a perfect set up. The only thing to be cognizant of, is if you're on a lower floor above one of the restaurants or Bar Pulitzer. The music had a loud beat that was going all night. The staff was able to find me a different room on a higher floor that was much quieter, but just something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. It was also during the weekend, which I know can be a bit loud. Special thanks to Kayla at front reception for helping me. The canal boat tour was incredible through the hotel and definitely something to book. The boat was absolutely beautiful, and was the chicest I saw the entire weekend! I will definitely stay here again.
