The hotel is very beautiful, and the most beautiful thing is its excellent location. The rooms are classic and beautiful. I recommend the room with a river view and a balcony. The breakfast is delicious. The service is excellent.

Location is fantastic! Rooms are big and spacious. I just felt completely lost getting around this property.. We had children in another room and I felt like I was walking a maze to get to them. Overall great experience outside of some issues with service.

I stayed at the Pulitzer for 4 nights. Overall, it was a great experience; the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I had several meals at the different restaurants and enjoyed all of them. I also used the fitness center every day which was a perfect set up. The only thing to be cognizant of, is if you're on a lower floor above one of the restaurants or Bar Pulitzer. The music had a loud beat that was going all night. The staff was able to find me a different room on a higher floor that was much quieter, but just something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. It was also during the weekend, which I know can be a bit loud. Special thanks to Kayla at front reception for helping me. The canal boat tour was incredible through the hotel and definitely something to book. The boat was absolutely beautiful, and was the chicest I saw the entire weekend! I will definitely stay here again.
